CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our ongoing relationship with our existing clients and aim to provide exceptional service, and so we appreciate your cooperation  with our cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our salon. 

*Please note that if you receive a link in your email to secure your appointment with a credit card, card info MUST be filled out via the secure link within 24 hours when it was sent. Failure to do so will result in appointment removal. This is to protect you from incurring possible cancellation fees in accordance to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • In case of emergencies, we understand and appreciate timely communication to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  3. Repeat instances, or a prior history, of late cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment or a deposit requirement for current/future appointments.​

This cancellation policy is designed to respect both the time of our stylists and the needs of our clients. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time upon notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.​
