Hi friends! Life has changed a lot since our last blog and we are hoping you are all staying safe and healthy!
Staying home with our families and out of our normal daily routines can be stressful. Here are a few ways we are trying to stay sane during this quarantine.
Projects are a great way to feel accomplished and fill time during the long days at home. Whether you finally finish that house project that you’ve been putting off or expressing yourself artistically through a craft you are guaranteed to feel proud with the fact you accomplished something!
Exercise is great for managing stress! This doesn’t mean you have to go run or do some intense routine. A walk outside in the sun can do wonders for your overall health. It’s still a little chilly most days but staying active inside through a short body weight workout will still have your body feeling happy after.
A family craft day or science project is also a great idea! Think about those volcano projects from school. It’s an easy project and your kids will sure love the “explosion” of the volcano.
